Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products we do not offer refunds. 

Our products are digital instruments, intangible goods that are accessible through downloads or online access. Once delivered or made available to you, they cannot be 'returned' in the conventional sense, as they are already in your possession, allowing you to use, copy, or distribute them, even if a refund is requested. After the purchase, you will automatically get a serial number that grants access to the downloadable part of the product, e.g. the sound library. However, the serial number itself is part of the product as well and even if the library is not downloaded yet, the product is still considered delivered or made available to you and therefore cannot be returned.

Our product page offers a very deep dive into the functionality of the product. Please take a close look before considering to buy in order to not be frustrated after purchasing due to expectations of the product that differ from reality.
