If you already have installed Pulse or Native Access, make sure to check if you have the latest version to date. Our products may not appear in older versions.
Pulse Downloader - Application Download & Installation
Step 01: Get to the Pulse Downloader website (the link is in the order summary e-mail)
Step 02: Download the right Pulse Downloader for your device
Step 03: Install the application on your device
Step 04: Log in or Register with your e-mail address and password
Step 05: You have successfully downloaded and installed the Pulse Application
Native Access - Application Download & Installation
Step 01: Get to the Native Access website (the link is in the order summary e-mail)
Step 02: Download the right Native Access for your device
Step 03: Install the application on your device
Step 04: Log in or Register with your e-mail address and password
Step 05: You have successfully downloaded and installed the Native Access Application
Pulse Downloader - Downloading Product(s) in Pulse
Step 01: Copy your unique redemption-key for your product
Step 02: Inside the Pulse Application, click "Add a Product" in the right upper corner
Step 03: Paste the redemption key in the designated space
Step 04: Select the path where you want to save the library and click "Download and Install"
Step 05: Pulse will now Download and Install the library for you
Step 06: You have successfully downloaded and installed your product
Native Access - Registration of Product(s) in Native Access
Step 01: Copy your unique redemption-key for your product
Step 02: In Native Access, click "Add Serial" in the left bottom corner and paste the redemption key in the designated space
Step 03: Success. You have successfully resgistered your library
Step 04: Your library is now fully installed and ready to use. Make sure to send us some of the work that you create with it (if you want to) as it is explained in the README.pdf file that comes with the download. Enjoy :)
Troubleshooting
The library has a "Repair" Field next to it. Click on it
Click on "Relocate" and choose the path where the data for this exact library is saved
